Rachel Pritz

Rachel Pritz spent 15 years in healthcare as a frontline nurse, leader, and executive. She was a travel nurse, a nurse manager in a surgery center, a manager in nursing informatics and ultimately the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer. She’d always been passionate about growing and developing people, which is why she decided to become a certified coach herself. She learned how to coach other people, but also learned so much about herself in the process and believes she has to live it to give it. Rachel’s mission is to help people grow, transform, and lead their best lives both personally and professionally.

As Rachel has worked with leaders and organizations she’s come to the realization that emotionally intelligent leaders are critical for businesses to thrive. One of her driving values is curiosity and asking the question why. If we don’t get the root cause of the problem, we end up with short-term solutions that eventually fall off and open up old wounds. She helps clients and organizations spark their own curiosity and get back to the purpose behind their work. Self-awareness is at the heart of Rachel’s coaching along with social awareness. Traditionally, we’ve thought of IQ as the only way to be intelligent, but Rachel helps leaders balance the three intelligences: head, heart, and action so they can make better decisions and be more effective leaders.

Rachel has a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Informatics. She is certified as a Life Coach, Enneagram Guide and an Everything DiSC® Facilitator. She is also trained in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma.
