As a leadership development expert and solutions-oriented coach, Stephanie Wood’s goal is to help advance organizations through the people who make them great. She currently pursues this mission as the founder of SWG, an executive coaching firm that helps healthcare organizations develop the people strategies they need to drive execution of their business strategies. With over two decades of experience in a range of leadership roles in business operations and talent management, including time spent as the vice president of talent management for Community Health Network, she is adept at executing strategies that impact leadership, grow the bottom line and enhance personal and professional growth.
Stephanie is a PCC through the International Coach Federation and earned her coaching and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner certifications from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). Her current coaching client base consists of business owners, executives, medical providers, attorneys and university administrators. Stephanie is certified to facilitate The Coaching Clinic®, The Leadership Challenge®, LPI® 360, DiSC® assessments and the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect™.
As a seasoned executive and certified executive coach, Erika helps organizations navigate change and successfully plan for the future. With over 23 years of experience as an automotive executive, she understands the daily challenges faced by upper management – and why they sometimes give up or burn out. Working closely with corporate leaders, Erika helps them grow strategically and tactically from both an organizational and personal perspective, bringing her unique blend of real-life experience and a passion for personal success into the mix.
A Certified Professional Coach and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner through iPEC as well as a Conversational Intelligence® Certified Coach (C-IQ), Erika has earned the trust of her clients through her ability to create a transformational launch pad that provides a balanced approach to professional and personal growth. In addition to her other certifications, she acts as an Everything DiSC® certified facilitator.
An accomplished and highly respected executive coach, Linda Hajduk knows firsthand the challenges leaders face as they rise through the ranks in pursuit of their professional aspirations. She began her 30-year journey in healthcare as a registered nurse before going on to serve in a variety of leadership roles in business and human resources, including vice president of organizational effectiveness at Community Health Network, prior to her retirement.
Today, Linda promotes the personal and professional growth of her clients, including business owners and CEOs, with powerful questioning and relentless support as she assists them in the creation of comprehensive personal development plans. In addition to her Master of Science in business and credentials earned during her nursing career, Linda is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the International Coach Academy and is a certified facilitator for DiSC®.
Rachel spent 15 years in healthcare as a bedside nurse and climbed the ladder to Chief Nursing Informatics Officer. She quickly realized that organizations can’t reach their goals if the people running them aren’t emotionally intelligent and leading with a human-centered approach. This inspired her to take the leap into full-time coaching with the mission to help people grow, transform, and realize their full potential. Rachel has a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Informatics. She is certified as a Life Coach and Enneagram guide. She coaches people both personally and professionally and helps them live their best lives.
Beth Rashleigh is an experienced facilitator and coach with an extensive background working in the Talent and Organizational Development field that has a passion for helping leaders become exceptional. She’s worked in healthcare (both for-profit and not-for profit), in Corporate America and for the Federal Government.
Beth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University, a Master’s Degree from Indiana University and a Master’s Certificate in Organizational Learning from the University of Maryland. She is a Certified Professional Coach and a Master Practitioner in the Energy Leadership Index. She also holds certifications in the DISC, MBTI, EQi, StrengthsFinder and SDI assessments in addition to a variety of leadership development training programs
Kimberle Seale is an experienced executive with an extensive background in developing leaders and guiding organizations to realize their full potential. Recognized for her performance in building collaborative leaders and teams that accelerate business success, she has experience working with leaders in multiple industries, including healthcare, human resource management, social services, technology, financial management, energy and higher education, as well as for-profit and not-for-profit government organizations.
Kim’s passion is to coach great leaders and organizations through an integrated approach that builds capabilities that are foundational to the health and success of any organization. A coach, speaker, teacher and trainer certified by the John Maxwell Team, she also works as a certified Strategic, Agile and Organizational Leadership (SAOL™) Organizational Health coach and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
Kerry E. Shea
A practicing OB/GYN (obstetrician-gynecologist), Dr. Kerry E. Shea has extensive experience with the everyday work of physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals. Highly regarded among her patients, she currently practices at Boulder Women’s Care and holds affiliations with Boulder Community Hospital.
Kerry recognizes that working in healthcare remains one of the biggest professional challenges in our country, particularly given the self-reported stress level of physicians and the high rates of burnout among healthcare workers as a whole. To help alleviate these problems, she obtained her coaching certification in 2016 from iPEC, and as a certified coach and Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner, she is passionate about helping other physicians find joy in the practice of medicine.
Passionate about coaching, Erin Slater uses her extensive experience in the nonprofit sector to serve for-profit and nonprofit organizations’ leaders and their teams, working to deliver inspiration, attentive listening, understanding, belief and confidence, and commitment to the success of her clients. She leverages her experience as the former CEO of College Mentors for Kids to guide her approach as she works to create clarity and focus while enhancing leadership and self-awareness.
Erin is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership™ Index through iPEC, as well as a credentialed Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF). As a business leader, she has received numerous accolades for her leadership ability and accomplishments, including the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 40 under 40 Award, Junior Achievement’s Indy’s Best and Brightest Award, the Torchbearer Award from the Indiana Commission on Women and the Dreamers into Doers award from The Martha Stewart Show.
An educator and coach with a passion for helping people maximize every hour of the 90,000+ they’ll spend at work – no matter where they are on that journey – Michael Thomas is a specialist in helping executives reach their true potential. A former life insurance industry professional and current career development professional and adjunct professor, he has committed himself to working closely with business leaders to help them drive innovation and achieve success without sacrificing health and happiness.

A values-driven, results-oriented healthcare executive with more than 11 years of C-suite experience, Pamela Hunt has an extraordinary passion for quality, patient care, servant leadership and team development. Her proven success in both community hospitals and institutions in complex healthcare systems has given her deep experience in systems thinking and hospital operations – and she uses this expertise to help build leaders, transform organizations and deliver results.
A former nurse who was educated at Parkview-Methodist School of Nursing and Indiana Wesleyan University, Pamela later received her Master of Nursing from Indiana University and received advanced board certification as a nurse executive. In her current role as a talent development specialist, she specializes in productivity, leadership & team development, cultural transformation success and the development/deployment of lean business systems.
For nearly three decades, Kathleen McAllen has dedicated her career to improving healthcare experiences for patients and their families through a wide range of executive leadership roles in operations, strategy and partnership development. In addition to her work in healthcare management, her lifelong commitment to helping develop leaders has included time spent as an adjunct faculty member at the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University.
A specialist in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management, Kathleen received her Master in Health Administration from the Fairbanks School of Public Health at Indiana University, which named her the school’s 2019 Distinguished Alumni. In addition to her professional work, she has also been a key part of numerous institutional and governmental efforts. She spent several years as the strategic advisor to the Indiana State Medical Association’s Board of Trustees, where she helped develop the board’s first strategic plan, and was appointed to Governor Eric Holcomb’s Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Task Force.
